Haven't done much cooking lately. Had a rough week last week and needed ALL day Monday to recoup. Vance was out of town Tuesday and Wednesday in Florrisant so I made a lot of "heat in the over" dinners. Vance made dinner last night. I have to admit he makes a better spaghetti than I do. He says I need to be more creative. I'm not a creative cat - I'm a follow the rules and directions type - a copy cat.

Loaded up on Sam's last night so we had muffins for breakfast, quesadillas for lunch (made by Glen) and will be having a (no doubt) delicious chicken soup by Vance tonight as it has been simmering all day.

A little more recuperation and I will get my meal planner back on track.
